Eighteen people, one address. Most of Pattaya’s “group” options are a cluster of hotel rooms or a single villa stretched past its number, with someone on a sofa for a week. The Villa Azure compound is two full villas behind one wall — nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two pools, two kitchens — so a multigenerational family, a friend trip, a milestone celebration, or a corporate offsite all fit without splitting the group across buildings.

The night people remember is the long one on the pool deck, then the KTV room until late. The karaoke room is acoustically separated from the bedrooms upstairs, so the singing runs as late as the group wants — outside, quiet hours start at 10 PM. This is a home for one group, not a venue, and we rarely get noise complaints.

01 · The KTV

A 100-inch screen and six languages.

The KTV room sits on the Indigo side — a 100-inch projector, a professional karaoke sound system, and a track library that runs in Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, English, and Japanese. Acoustically separated from the bedrooms, so the night goes as late as the group wants. Most evenings end here.

02 · Two pools

Both saltwater. Both yours.

Two private saltwater pools — one per wing — with lighting and jacuzzi jets, both walled off from the world. A group of eighteen never has to share a deck. Add a BBQ on the courtyard, a putting green, and cornhole, and most of the day happens outside.

03 · Plan it

Chef, driver, and the day-of sequence.

For a group this size, a private chef tends to pay for itself by the second meal, and a regular driver removes the daily Grab scramble. Both are arranged on request and billed separately.
